"Everything was fine, including a large buffet breakfast daily, until our fifth and last night.... BED BUGS! :( Then everything "suddenly" (in regard to customer service) went downhill in regard to several staff members/managers "disagreeing" with us (we had photos & videos as proof), being pro-active, etc. With no laundry onsite & us being driven around (via Uber) to find a 24 hour laundromat in shady areas...we ultimately decided no one from the thotel"

"The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the front lobby coffee and soda station as well as the restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our large private patio and complimentary bottle of wine. The hotel is very close to metro and bus lines and an easy walk into the fisherman’s bastion and castle district. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"We loved this hotel. The only drawback is we paid for a terrace. The ugliest terrace I have ever seen. Worn furniture, industrial venting, dead plants, no view - it looks like a leftover from the old days. Don’t charge for this if it is unusable. Great service, great food - we will return. Just not to this room."

"Sehr, sehr durchscnittlich, von Schulnoten 2-4 quer über alle Bereiche. Positiv: Fürs Auge.-Zimmer,Lobby u.Früstücksrestaurand optisch schön hergerichtet, war zuletzt vor 20 Jahren da gewesen. Sehr negativ: 2Leichtbaubetten welche hin und her rutschen zu einem Dppelbett zusammengeschoben, ohne Verbinder, das bewegt sich ganze Nacht hin und her, in der Mitte entsteht Spalt.Vielkeicht soll man in einem Hotel nicht gut schlafen? Dusche im 6 Stockwerk praktisch ohne Wasserdruck, Leute da müsst ihr...

"Didn't have breakfast with my booking. Room was clean and tidy. Only thing is that the only English channels on TV were news. "

"The hotel was in a great location, easily accessible to most attractions and sites But the problem was the ac unit was no t operating so the room was often quite warm and high humidity. Breakfast was great but the dining room was small . They offered to pack a to go breakfast due to early departure which was very nice We enjoyed our stay very much nonetheless"
