My wife and I went to Buffalo for the weekend and decided to stay at this hotel, I wasn't expecting too much honestly, the room was good size, they had refrigerator but it was shaking all the time, the toilet wasn't clean at all, that was the first impression and honestly we felt terrible about it, it's not that it wasn't clean properly, it wasn't washed at all; someone before our arrival used it and left it unclean, it was nasty. Other than that the room was good, good channel selection on the TV, food was easy to find and close, the bed was comfy, the pillows were too small. The breakfast was disappointing honestly, it was a pot of water and a pot of coffee that it was too light. The creamer selection were limited to two and one of them was empty for the two days that we went there, we decided to have breakfast somewhere else. The service was really poor, and also the people that worked at the front desk wouldn't stop staring at my wife, it made her feel uncomfortable all the time. Someone called our door at night too, and there was no room cleaning service any of the days we stayed.
