Beautiful grounds and clean hotel. Room was nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the breakfast area was not big enough for a fully booked hotel. We weren't able to take advantage of the free breakfast due to overcrowding and a chaotic area. I will say that the woman maintaining the breakfast area looked like she was working HARD to keep things full and clean.

Great service. Clean rooms. Nice to have complimentary water and tea available in the lounge all day. Hot tub jets were not working. This is the second time we stayed where hot tub was not fully working which is the main reason we select this place when in the area. But staff were aware of issue and trying to get it resolved.

We stayed here for three nights over the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options each morning. We also loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Hot tub great, room nice, breakfast is usually really good but not this time, fresh fried eggs brought out cold and sausage patty was marked as Canadian bacon. Lorne was amazing as usual. The only reason we stay at only this property is Lorne and the hot tub! He gets bombarded at times up front and never seems to get frustrated and makes sure everyone is taken care of. He is so pleasant and accommodating and a huge plus is is patience! We will always come back to your hotel as we look forward to seeing Lorne!

BEST value for UB parents. Small but clean nice rooms, comfy beds, super nice staff (everyone). I feel they upgraded their food in the last couple of years since I stayed here. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The kitchen staff especially the young girl with short hair worked so hard with a great attitude. The coffee was good. Excellent price for all of the above. Close to all the stores new college students shop for their rooms - Target, Trader Joe's etc. This will be our go to everytime!

Breakfast was subpar. The only reason it didn’t get Fivestars is because they charge you $150 for a possible incident fee when they don’t even know if you’re going to have one so you have to pay for your room plus $150 upon check-in. Other than that, it was a very good hotel, very clean, staff was friendly and I would recommend it other than they could improve on that $150 fee and put a better breakfast out there for $160 a night for a room
