"The only reason I gave 3 stars for the check-in process is because I have never experienced anything like this before. After this experience, I understand it better. The part of Bucharest where this property is located is very densely populated. More explicit pictures and a map of where the driving and building entrances are would be most helpful to the uninitiated like me. The help that I got was superb! Otherwise, the room was perfect, the kitchen well appreciated, the laundry most welcome....

"Advertised as with pool and spa as an “Amenity” but was then told that this was a nearby attraction and completely separate even though there are more photos of this than the actual room on the listing very misleading. It literally says “on site fitness centre”. They asked for an extra cleaning fee but still expected me to take the rubbish out and I had to clean cutlery/plates myself because they were dirty anyway. "The apartment was in a really quiet area, fully equipped, extremely clean and safe, and has an amazing view,I would highly recommend it."

"The apartment is a nice modern room. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good quality furnishings. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood and a fair walk from local amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. The mention of a pool (emphasized in photographs) and fitness center are misleading. They are not on site but a 10 minute walk away and payable as extra. As a result I did not use them."
