"1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."

"It was a very clean and convenient location, however the check-in process was not very clear. You have to go to a different location to pick up the key card to the room. I didnt find that out until I was at thw building trying to contact the people. Also, the wifi was not reliable the entire time. It would disconnect and reconnecting it would take multiple tries."

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail truly made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day. The location is also perfect—convenient, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to explore. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. You can really tell that the team takes pride in providing high-quality service.
