"Staying here was pure heaven! This place is very special and absolutely beautiful. The room was amazing and the staff were so helpful and kind. And the breakfast and dinners??… so delicious and perfect! We hated to leave!"

"The room was huge for Chilean standards and the bed was comfortable. The property grounds were well kept and you could enjoy sitting outside beside the vineyard. Breakfast was good as well. They sell snacks and have an elevator so you dont have to carry your luggage up steps. Lots of safe, free parking. Oh, and a fridge in your room. You need a car to access restaurants nearby."

"Great place to reconnect with your love one!"

"Tranquilidad para dormir bien"

"La mejor opción para estar cerca de la terminal de autobuses y del aeropuerto..."

"Loved it. Would definitely stay there again ! Staff is awesome."

"Good location"

"Bad attention on Breakfast and other food facilities, cold plates etc....."

"Oriana was extremely helpful, engaged and pleasant. Very comfortable and excellent location."

"Es un lugar muy lindo con una gran ubicación, creo que se podría modernizar un poco, pero en general muy lindo!"

"The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again."

"It was a quiet retreat in one of my favourite city:) lovely staff, and fantastic architecture!"

"Customer service was amazing. Very helpful. First time visitor to Santiago, one of their staff help me navigate to the proper driving access and parking. I thought I would be spending the night in my car, but they were very helpful to figure out where the hotel was located in the confusing tunnel system and central park that Santiago has. Upon check-in, they took care of everything and offered me a hot tea. I was so grateful for their service."

"From arrival to departure the staff was helpful and friendly. They let us occupy the room earlier since our flight arrived in the morning. They offered us a courtesy drink during happy hour, the included breakfast had great variety of food. And the food and service at the restaurant on the 8th floor was excellent! Plus the location could not be better. We were closed enough to walk to most attractions. Definitely recommend!"
