"To all the staff that made our stay terrific, Anamul, Carmen, Faiz, Malinda, Luqman, Farid, Munira and Afif. Easy checkin, nice room, comfy bed, good shower area. Good selection for breakfast( especially the fried chicken) Even have complimentary afternoon tea with samosas, spring rolls and other snacks. Great location next to the main area in Bukit Bintang with easy access to the monorail and MRT station. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Great view of Kuala Lumpur. I was on the 29th floor of 37 floors, and I loved my view during the evening and during the day. The pool which is on the 37 floor is beautiful and the room was the right size. Wonderful staff, very helpful lining up transportation for me and answering all my questions. In fact, the staff was the best part of my experience, friendly and knowledgable. It is about 45 minutes from the airport if there is no traffic. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast included although there was a cafeteria area to purchase a few snacks & breakfast items. Also, I was disappointed that there was no service for channels on the TV. I could have connected to my computer, however. The location of this hotel was perfect, walking distance to a mall and several small restaurants. The 7 Eleven was right on the corner, so convenient. Checkin and checkout were both easy. Busy place, but very organized. This area of Kuala Lumpur has a safe feeling."

"Located in a great area that is within the heart of Bukit Bintang. Breakfast is wonderful & tasty. We were staying in the club lounge room & the club floor is dining & drinks are a great value. Only thing that could have been better is if the mattress could have had a topper on it as it has seen better days. Pillows were to die for & the bathrobe & towels were of a very good quality."
