"There are improvements being carried out, which will make a difference in the future. We were unable to get the advertised wifi at all, despite the router being reset many times. This was annoying. On four occasions we had random people enter our room without knocking, which was not okay. Once guy even got cross with us and said we should have locked the door. "Overall okay. Only thing is the master bedroom aircon which takes awhile to fix. Owner very responsive and provided welcome drinks when arrived. The area is good and quite close to shops. Good to have a car though."

"Perfectly adequate clean room, with air conditioning and fan, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Good simple buffet breakfast. Within easy walking distance of the Orangutan and Sun Bear sanctuaries, the Rainforest Discovery Centre and other hotels and restaurants.
