Khách sạn Bukit Sama Tahu

"Free parking. Great breakfast."

"remote controller of TV not work, need impove"

"During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."

"Very clean and friendly staff"

"This hotel have good location & close with many tourist attraction. The room is clean and quiet. "

"Although the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained and made up for it with its fridendly and helpful staff. A specail thank you to Maya at receiption, who make out check in smooh and welcoming. The location is not the most convenient, especially for getting to the main shopping and transport areas, but we appreciated that the hotel provideds a complimentary shuttle service, which was very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

"Good business"

"We will be back! Awesome place!"

"料理は普通"

"Large room and clean"

"Good and plenty parking"

"Ideal hotel with adjoining rooms for a big family in centre of town and multi-storey parking."

"Das Zimmer roch muffig/stickig, bis die Klimaanlage 2-3 Stunden gelaufen ist. Dann wurde es angenehm. Der Pool ist recht schmuddelig und es war kein Genuss, darin zu schwimmen. Das Frühstück fanden wir nicht ansprechend, weder in der Auswahl noch in der Qualität. Noch nicht einmal Rührei oder Spiegelei gab es. Wir würden das Hotel nicht noch einmal wählen."

"Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again."
