I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."

"I don’t usually leave reviews but I will for this one because every traveler should be aware of. First of all the bathroom needs to be fixed tiles are dirty and water is leaking everywhere in our shower that it floods water out every time we shower. I have to do an inventory of all the items inside the room which should not be my responsibility for the missing items before my stay. I asked for an extra pillows, they told me it will be provided but didn’t happen. Mind you guys they only provide 1...

"The “hotel” was terrible. When we got into the hotel there was water all over the floor. Afterwards the next morning, the ceiling was leaking all over the floor in front of the bathroom door. You can hear everyone coming in and out of the hotel as the door slams really loudly. There is a cigarette smell that comes from leaving your window open but if you close it there is no fan, ac, or ventilation in the room."
