"My wife and I had a great stay at Bellwether House. The location was perfect next to the park. Quiet, charming and still walkable to everything you’d want to do. Matt and the rest of the staff were very hospitable. The tea service and breakfast were fantastic! We ate there every morning and evening (before dinner). We’ve already recommended staying here to a few friends and family and would book again without hesitation. 5 stars!"

"I absolutely loved this place! My boyfriend and I took one room and my Mom took the one next to us. The rooms were beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable. There's an intercom you can turn on to play ambient music; it was on when we walked in and it just made the arrival so relaxing. The young woman who checked us in was probably the sweetest person I have ever met in my life with the most relaxing voice. The inn smelled amazing, because they had just finished baking cookies. "Our experience was amazing. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts with eggs, bacon or sausage, fresh fruit, and a biscuit, Belgian waffle or pancake every morning. We had cookies waiting for us in the afternoon and wine and appetizers in the evening. We never made it to the port wine and snack before bedtime. The inn is magical with it recently updated decor. The staff bed over backwards to accommodate, and the location is close to historical sites. We can’t wait to return. "

"The hotel was great. We even had a spooky experience. However the other guests were……hmmmmmm…… rude. We called and asked if our little could come down and watch the live music during the wine and cheese reception. The hotel was totally fine with it, the other guest made us feel very uncomfortable and we left shortly after the music began. Same feelings during breakfast. Maybe we didn’t have “the look” of others staying at the hotel. (Having loads of tattoos and dressing more alternately)...
