The curtain to the terrace is not well placed and has zip ties holding and some wiring. The jet tub was not very clean and barely hot water. "Our stay was fantastic. The Inn was in the perfect area. Abigail was fantastic and very nice. She upgraded our room to a King Bedroom and it was one of the best rooms i've ever stayed in. The breakfast provided was wonderful and this Inn 10/10. One of the best B&B you can find. would highly recommend to anyone staying in Savannah. We will be back."

"We stayed at East Bay Inn April 2026. Entering our Deluxe King room, we discovered dozens of pet feces stains on the carpet that weren't properly cleaned. We requested another room, but they could only do that by having us change rooms on the next day or the following day. As we intended to be out walking the Historic District, both days, this wasn't an option. They offered to spot clean the carpet, but there were stains about every 2 feet all the way around the bed, so the entire carpet...

"Very rare you can rate a place 5 stars, but this place deserves it. We had a slight hiccup with the check in process but even at midnight the host showed up and got us in! This place is different than other rental properties. A beautifully and thoughtfully decorated renovated historic home with all the creature comforts you need. "Our room was clean but a little shabby. Rough remodeling work However, the staff was amazing and were going back (and staying in another room) just because of the staff. Chuck and Miss Dee Dee made us fell at home. One important issue, they have 3 floors with old steep stairs and no elevator! They need to notify clients about this when they chose rooms."
