"A good central location with parking and friendly staff. Two reservations. First the double room was very small indeed, with no a/c and the conversion had left low ceilings and small windows. We were much too hot. Second the breakfast was only adequate. We weren’t late, but there was very little cooked food left, little fruit (which was over ripe) and nobody around to ask for more or to top up the platters. The room absolutely stank of smoke, the bathroom sinks had burn marks all over them, the door to the bathroom was broken and wouldn’t close, the taps and shower were rusty, the plastic shower floor was cracked, the whole thing was just falling to pieces. It was cheap but unacceptably poor accommodation and it didn’t feel particularly safe with our children either. Dodgy motel vibes. "
