"Room are very small. Couldn't walk in the room while twin sleeper was open.
No soap in the bathroom, bathroom barn style door was awful, it didn't close properly or all the way. Couldn't get a fan for the room as it was really warm in there.
Front desk staff was kind and helpful.
Forgot my toothbrush and the staff gave me one. (New)
Breakfast buffet was really good. staff kept it stocked up and clean."

Breakfast was average and so was the pool bar area. Food could be better. I given 20 little packets of creamer for 1 coffee, seemed a little odd.

"I recently stayed at The Fifty Sonesta Hotel New York. The hotel is in a convenient location, and the room itself was comfortable and modern. However, housekeeping could definitely improve.
