Kind of puts you off initially. - Shower had poor pressure and the shower head bracket did not support it properly. - The lighting in the bathroom is on the dim side. - Breakfast took a while to get served, we even had to ask for an ETA. "The location is convenient. The Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was small, yet comfortable. The restaurant has amazing Food, drinks and atmosphere."

"First of all, the accommodation I had booked for 7 people turned out to have only 6 double beds. When I inquired at reception, they told us that the staff had probably placed the 7 beds incorrectly; they had likely forgotten. So we had to find another sleeping place for the other person. With 6 people, everyone needs their own bed, not all sleeping next to each other. It was not very helpful, and we struggled with it quite a bit."

"the room was clean, the major issue is housekeeping letting them selves into the room at 9 am when check out was 11am my partner was in the shower which is ok the main room as i wa getting ready to had to wrap a towel for cover myself up. did report to reception they didn't care"

"Appartment set up with fridge and ability to prepare your own food. Very good bed, small bathroom but functional. Very good shower. All nice and clean. Located in Wood Wharf near Union Square. Subway within 5min walk. Restaurants and bar nearby. Would definitely recommend"

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

"I highly recommend this hotel in London! The hotel is extremely clean! The staff is all so helpful and kind. Even though it's only a continental breakfast, it has enough variety and everything was very good. The rooms are small, but we only slept there so it was ok for us for this type of trip. I have no complaints at all."
