"Staff were great and accommodating. Rooms were very small. Bathroom was clean but needed some renovation work(wallpaper peeling staining on ceiling) took quite a bit of time to get hot water in the shower but once there it was good. May not stay here again but for first time visitors is was ok. Location was good for the sights and restaurants."

"The rooms are located in a very safe and family friendly residential area, Lots of shops and eateries nearby. I used Uber and freenow to get around because I was on a solo parent trip with my 12 year old daughter but lots of bus and metro options. The rooms have everything you need, are very clean with a good en suite. "Was unable to check in to the hotel. Rang the doorbell multiple times, called the number and still no response. While I was trying to get in contact with the hotel. Someone inside turned off the patio light and it was dark to where we could not see. Had to leave and book another last minute hotel. Tried to get a refund for the day I was not able to check in and was declined."

"The place is conveniently located and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. We appreciated access to free laundry services in the building, including a dryer, and the back patio area. It is worth mentioning that we experienced one issue with very small ants coming in near the balcony door and through the flooring by the window, so we had to be cautious with food. Additionally, the breaker needed to be reset a couple of times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early before check in and checked out before our flight left later. They were very accommodating by storing our luggage. Coffee and water was available always in the lobby. Great rooftop patio with a wonderful view of the Sagrada Familia. Great location. Would highly recommend!"
