"The room is very small. There is no walking space between the bed and the wall in front of it, it's surrounded by wall on three sides. This I could overlook being that New York is very expensive. However, I have stayed at other hotels in similar price range with bigger rooms, better amenities, and better cleanliness. The check-in and check-out is completely done on a computer, there isn't always someone available at the front desk. Everything in the room is operated by ipad: blinds, shades,...

"Very pleased with the hotel. I was a little nervous since I’d never stayed there before (normally stay closer to Grand Central) but this was a great property. The location was off Times Square but not IN Times Square, which was good. Closer to Radio City Music Hall and MoMA. There is a B/D/E train station right outside, which was convenient. 2 Bros across the street isn’t all that (sorry guys) so I wouldn’t bother. But there’s a lot to eat around the area."

"Room view was 26th floor, of backside of another bldg, asked for early check in, never called n I'll check bill as we were told there was early check in fee. Roof top was hit n miss, they closed before midnite and turned away, a nite a few days later n the servers n bartenders were terrific. Sessions was good, happy hour they r trying to pawn off their beer from october(pumpkin ale seasonal), they did have an option, food was ok."

"The hotel is quite dated, but the biggest issue was the unusable room WiFi. No internet connection in the room. Many guests had to stay in the lobby just to access the internet. Breakfast was also poorly managed, with insufficient seating and food not being replenished on time, leaving many guests waiting with nothing to eat. Hope the hotel will improve these issues for future guests."
