"Notre séjour dans cet établissement n'a pas bien été (une seule nuit). Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la baignoire était complètement bouchée (l'eau stagnait indéfiniment) et que la toilette était défectueuse. Pour couronner le tout, Paris traversait une période de chaleur excessive et l'hôtel ne comportait aucune climatisation dans les chambres. L'air y était étouffant et l'état de la salle de bain rendait la situation tout simplement insupportable. Le pire reste la gestion humaine...

"Bien comunicado, con limpieza aceptable y cocineta con servibar y cafetera, baño con puerta, solo una toalla por persona, la anfitriona amable, la zona con muchos homeless no se siente muy segura. Cercana a una estación del metro, cafés y pequeños restaurantes."

"Great location near Notre Dame, shopping, and a courtyard with several nice restaurants. Walkable and safe neighborhood near metro and LGBTQ bars. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."

"Fully equipped studio unit suitable for a couple. Location was fairly central if you don’t mind walking or taking the metro to major sights. No restaurant on site but numerous restaurants and cafes outside the door of the hotel. Groceries close by as well."

"Very clean on arrival. Well equipped if you want to self cater, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. Location good, metro and buses within 250 metres, 20 minutes walk to Louvre. Restaurants close by.We found Bistrot Dubillot good food, reasonable prices for two courses and bottle of house wine for two people. We had studio with terrace, useful for morning coffee etc."

"The property was very nice. The kitchen was very useful, as well as the storage cabinets. Some areas like the entrance to the room and the bathroom were very tight spaces, but manageable and well worth it for the price and location. Location was great -- very close to a Metro station and bus stop, and surrounding area was very safe (there was a school right across the street). There is no live receptionist, everything is self-managed with any issues communicated digitally with an agent....

"Found that locker storage was all used when we were counting on it. Although the washer/dryer looked updated, it did not dry well at all compared to what we were used to. It would take 3 hours for a small load and it still would not be dry. Some instructions would have been nice. Looked up on internet and that wasn’t helpful enough. There were saloon style doors in the one bathroom and they were hard to deal with. There were lots of winding steps to get up. The kitchen was great to have and the...
