"Everything was broken. The sauna, the hot tub was ice cold, the elevator, none of the workout equipment would power on. The only nice view is from the golf course, the view from the room was trash."

"Before booking I asked if the pool was open. Nothing was said about a limit of swimmers. The pool was completely vacant. My room key stopped working. I had to go to the office. I was told next time if I booked that my room I had only allowed 2 swimmers. That my ID would be blocked from booking again, ..."
