"Me and my wife weren't able to go due to hospitalization and so i decided to have my parents use it but when they arrive they told them that they need me to be there for them to use the room i booked. Few days prior i called the hotel and explained why we can't make it. In the end, they told me my parents can use it and to tell my parents that they need their ID and just tell the receptionist that i booked the room for them. I felt like we got scammed on this one."

"My family and I stayed at the North Vancouver Hotel for two nights before boarding our seven-day Alaskan cruise. We were a party of six with two separate rooms. Overall, we had a very good experience and felt the value for the price was excellent.
The hotel was reasonably clean, quiet during our stay, and conveniently located close to Stanley Park and many nearby restaurants and shops. Housekeeping did a very good job, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
