"Housekeeping staff are not respecting privacy and sometimes open the door despite the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign."

"while the property advertised free airport shuttle, the shuttle was not available when our flight arrived as it was past their pick up time. we had to UBER to the hotel at our expense. in the morning we needed to go back to the airport to deal with a luggage issue, the front desk advised that the shuttle was only available if we were checking out. Again, we had to UBER. We took the train downtown and when we returned we called the hotel and was told the shuttle was for was for arrivals only. again, UBER. you have to book 1 day in advance when you are departing. Can only use the shuttle for arrivals or departures, not to pick up a car or to go to the airport for the train. It was very misleading indicating that there is a free shuttle to and from the airport. It should indicate only for arrivals and departures. There is a sign posted at the hotel, however, that is a little late when you have already booked and expected a "free" shuttle. The shuttle itself is in need of repair. Our toilet handle broke in the morning we were leaving. I won't stay there again or recommend it."

"No shuttles when I got off my flight, it was 12pm so that’s late I guess but all the other hotels had them running. dog fee was 75$, didn’t say that at booking so that seemed a but high. Breakfast was gross, eggs tasted weird, boiled eggs were hard and felt old, scrambled tasted like powder. For 300+ dollars it seemed weak"
