"Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. On the positive side, the property is relatively new and has spacious rooms. If you have a car, the location is convenient. However, the downside is the overpowering smell of chemicals. From the moment I entered the reception, I was hit with a strong chlorine and harsh chemical odor, unlike the pleasant scent of flowers or other pleasant fragrances that you typically find in hotels. "Stayed for 1 night with my wife, in May 2026. Pros: - Modern interior - Decent breakfast Cons: - Room cleaning was far from perfect. First, the floor (vinyl) wasn’t very clean. Second, the nightstand was covered in some sticky sugary spills. - AC is quite noisy, and its thermostat has a luminous screen that produces too much light at night - The bed mattress is too soft, to my taste."

"Gangs of kids roamed the corridors making the elevators difficult to use as they called the elevator, but did not ride it. The kids were rude, vulgar, and obscene. That distracted us from a pleasantly designed hotel, the room with a seating area was a treasure. The proximity to the airport, the airport shuttle and the surrounding restaurants were good, shame about the guests."

"Breakfast was great! There was an omelet station, sausages (chicken and beef), fresh fruit, lots of pastries in addition to the usual breakfast items (yogurt, cereals, juice, etc). Room was big and very clean. The only thing not really working was the TVs. I believe both remotes needed batteries and there was no option for streaming platforms, just cable. "

"The room was nice and looked wonderful until you went into the bathroom and realized that there was long black hair which I do not have and black shaved hair on the floor and the vanity. When we told staff their response was we are very sorry."

I have disability asked for assistance the front desk staff asked the porter he refused to help rejoined his conversation talking to the pilots . Terrible customer care."

The cooked food for breakfast is slightly hit or miss: sometimes the prepared omelettes aren’t seasoned, the turkey bacon is not good at all, and the hot water for tea had coffee grounds in it one day. But when it’s good, it’s very satisfactory. The facilities are very comfortable, quiet, nice decor. My room didn’t have hand soap by the sink and not enough toilet paper.
