"Checkd in easily. After coming back from dinner, the front desk clerk that was so nice when we checked in, knocked on our door accusing us of smoking in the room. (We don't smoke). Then an hour or so later maintenance came again asking again if we were smoking. Again I said no and to please come in to check which he finally did.. looking all around. Felt as if we were being set up to be charged smoking fine"
"The room was dated. Dirty and I was here for business. At 10p a woman started knocking several times on my door despite me saying you have the wrong door. She appeared to be there “working” and I eventually had to get up go closer to the door and demand she stop knocking on the door as she had the wrong door. Not the safest looking hotel and the dated and dirty rooms was very disappointing. "
"Room had a large bug on ceiling, food crumbs on floor under desk chair, smashed water bottle under sitting chair, housekeepers hair on the clean hand towels. Room had been cleaned but they definitely missed some stuff. Shower has peeling paint on ceiling, some weird type of huge stain on side of tub, not a nice look. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. Breakfast was decent. All in all it wasn’t a terrible stay but could’ve been better."
"The room was clean, but had an overwhelming musty odor and the air freshener used was just way too overpowering.
The food was very good and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. "
