"I arrived late on Monday a bank holiday. The receptionist was really friendly professional and helpful. She managed to secure me a table at a local restaurant after 21h00 in less than five minutes. Subsequently I dined at the restaurant Tuesday and Wednesday. I will need to travel to Novara for 2-3 days each month. My intention would to stay at the Hotel Cavour ( and eat in the local restaurant that was recommended to me). I travel thought Europe each week. Sadly this level of service is rarely provided. "Amazing renovated property from 1800's. So beautiful. Staff is amazing. This property is in a quiet town so peaceful. Staff is wonderful. Super convenient right off the highway. Free parking, breakfast included. Very reasonable price for everything you get. Has antique rooms you can chill in or chill in outside garden with drinks. "

"The airport shuttle picked me up on time and was well marked. The 20 minute ride was through an attractive countryside with a fabulous mountain range backdrop. The exterior of the hotel property needs some work but the interior looked recently renovated. Check in was quick and efficient. On my way to my room and entering my room backed up my thinking the property was recently renovated. The room was large with french doors that opened to let in fresh air. The bathroom was super clean and spacious with a large shower. The hotel restaurant opened at 7:30 pm. The menu was Italian fare. I ordered eggplant parmigiana (probably the best I had ever had) and a mixed green salad with a glass of red wine; all for 20 Euros. I slept well and then enjoyed a typical European buffet breakfast with hard boiled eggs, an array of hams, salamis, and cheeses along with breads and pastries. The shuttle to the airport was timely and efficient. I will most definitely do this hotel again when I return to Milan."

"The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed, Only one sheet. We slept in our jeans and jackets all night. Worse sleep I’ve had at a hotel in years. "
