"Very nice hotel. It is a bit of a maze through but it was nice. There was alot of construction going on around the building and they started pretty early in the morning working. But overall property was very nice. Bathroom was good and view was great. Staff was very professional and nice "

"Estheréa is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. We have stayed there 4 times. This time was disappointing. I think they gave us the smallest room because we booked with Expedia. Staff were short with us and the maitre d was downright rude. We will find somewhere else next time. "

"A little hard to charge things while out of room as we only had one key. Nice stay although room is a bit crowded with tv at end of bed and desk so close. Easy to hurt yourself getting up in the night. Bar staff very friendly. "

"Desk said they would email when the room was ready and they didn’t. My wife requested an iron which never came. The room was really nothing special considering its “5 star” rating. Room had an unusual smell akin to a wet dog. Next time I’ll just select a Marriott property. Bartenders and wait staff were great. Didn’t receive any perks or upgrades but not sure we were supposed to."
