"Nice cozy room for one. Hotel is very close to the airport. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. I would stay here again if I had an early flight out of Schiphol."

"Overall, the hotel was decent for an airport stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a night before or after a flight. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. The rooftop bar was surprisingly loud, which took away from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere and felt unnecessary for an airport hotel. "We stayed for an overnight before catching a flight to America the next morning. Our room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. We had access to the more amenities but did not take advantage of them as it was a very short stay."

"We did have a slight issue with locating baggage when we returned later in the evening since our room wasn’t ready. Not everyone seemed aware that they ended up storing some bags upstairs. Other than that the room was great and property was well maintained. The bus option was great for our needs!"

"The hotel is close to the airport but it will cost you $17 Euros to get there. The staff was ok. Front desk has us wait with no communication as to when our room would be ready. The restaurant downstairs was ok. They were under staffed and the service was underwhelming. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning was not great but it was a heatwave and there system could not handle the volume needed to cool the hotel effectively. It was ok. Nothing bad nothing great."

"The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in."
