"The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. "Staff was very friendly and accommodating, gave hotel a 4 star opposed to a 5 star other guest dropped food all in the hall. Staff cleaned it up just that I actually seen the mess and do appreciate they came and cleaned it and not wait for the morning to get it up"

"We love this particular location and usually have a great time at the pool. This time there were some really loud and rowdy guests that made our pool time a bit less enjoyable. No real way to control that I guess. Other than that, the breakfast options is a plus and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. We definitely plan on returning, hopefully next time it will be a better pool experience for us."

"Clean and good-sized rooms. Nice pool and very comfortable beds. The most outstanding feature was the chef and the breakfast. Chef Nell and Edwin were wonderfully welcoming and attentive and the breakfast was great. Other staff were just OK. Reception desk seemed stressed and/or under-staffed. Housekeeping did not attend to our room at all during our 2-night stay and we had to request towels twice. But overall excellent value and would recommend to others."
