"Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore Hunt Valley was extremely disappointing. The first room we were assigned had a strong musty, dirty smell. We were moved to a second room, which was better, but the AC compressor was unbelievably loud — it sounded like an airplane taking off. "The check-in staff & breakfast staff were excellent. The facility needs updating. The cleaning staff did a POOR job with cleaning our rooms and there were plates of old food sitting by the elevator for over 24 hours. I am glad we packed out own towels, because all the towels had hair on them"

"Parking at this hotel was excellent surface parking lot. The room was nice and clean and the bed for me was excellent for comfort. I have a very bad back and at home generally sleep in an inclined recliner. This is by a wide margin the best bed I have slept in in years so much so that upon returning home I immediately went mattress shopping. The breakfast was only $5.00 for a nice, basic selection of scrambled eggs, perfectly cooked bacon, pastries, home fries, rotating special side dishes,...

"Front desk person did not provide any information and placed my reservation on a new Wyndham account instead of the account that I had a card for. Only one towel in the room for two guests and no bath mat. No breakfast as advertised. Homeless individuals in the stairwells."
