"Broken Hot Tub, I was told by staff it had been broke for months and no plans to fix it,broke elevator, room not ready at 4 PM. Didn't get room until 5:30. No non-alcoholic beer. No mixer for a Bloody Mary. Broken toilet paper hanger. Went to front desk and put in a request for a 4:45 AM wakeup. NO WAKEUP!! "Parking at this hotel was excellent surface parking lot. The room was nice and clean and the bed for me was excellent for comfort. I have a very bad back and at home generally sleep in an inclined recliner. This is by a wide margin the best bed I have slept in in years so much so that upon returning home I immediately went mattress shopping. "Very disappointed with my stay. I booked a king corner suite well in advance for my son’s prom night and paid over $500. I called ahead and was approved for early check-in, and I arrived two hours before the standard 4 PM check-in. Even arriving that early, I was told the hotel had overbooked and was “upgrading” me to a standard room with two queen beds — a room that normally goes for under $200. "The property is dated and needs some work but overall my stay was fine. The staff was nice and the location great for what I was in town for. Just make sure you wear socks/shower shoes. The carpet is not appealing."
