"Parking at this hotel was excellent surface parking lot. The room was nice and clean and the bed for me was excellent for comfort. I have a very bad back and at home generally sleep in an inclined recliner. This is by a wide margin the best bed I have slept in in years so much so that upon returning home I immediately went mattress shopping. "Front desk person did not provide any information and placed my reservation on a new Wyndham account instead of the account that I had a card for. Only one towel in the room for two guests and no bath mat. No breakfast as advertised. Homeless individuals in the stairwells."
