"We were very disappointed with our stay. We paid a high price, and we were told that the hotel was fully prepared to welcome World Cup visitors. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that at all. One example was the towels provided in our room. They were old, badly worn, and torn into several places. We even took photos as evidence. "The property is conveniently located in Richmond Hill. It is on Highway 7 and close to Highway 404. Getting to different parts of the Greater Toronto Area was easy in a car. I hope the hotel may consider the guest will need to tap their key card on the elevator before being allowed to get to their designated room floor"

"I like the hotel everything but the reception lady . I asked for bottle of a water. She told me you only can crap once from beginning when you check in , but I did not grab water bottle because I have from my car . Second day when I asked the receptionist about bottle of water she is said we only give you when you coming otherwise you have to pay for the water . I don’t mind to pay for shopping water but this is only time be treat for the hotel room water . So wired !"

"Very dirty. Windows haven’t been clean in ages, smells cigarettes and humidity, breakfast poor no fruits orange juice made out of powder just cereal bread and waffles. Cards for the room have to be reactivated every 24h third floor no elevator. Back door don’t lock, anybody could walk in at anytime. Not sound proof, ear everything in other rooms, hallway and on the street. No pool. This place needs love and renovations."
