"I requested for cleaning on a Wednesday in the middle of my stay however, the lady at the front desk must not have inputted it in the system because it never happened. They comp me for this by providing the cleaning the following day and extending my checkout time on my last day the renovation was so noisy that it woke me up. Everything else was perfect. Amenities was great especially for staying for a business conference for a week. Location was also great. Everything was about 20 minutes away."

"Our stay was amazing, we were staying with our dog and were upgraded to a room with a balcony and received dog friendly amenities like a pet bowl and dog bed. We also received a complimentry welcome gift for our anniversary. Room and bathroom were clean with all required necessities for your stay, and you have a TV that can easily chromecast and allow seamless checkout. I would have provided 5 stars if not for the encounter we had prior to us leaving the hotel. We decided to step out to the well...

"Where do I even start with this reservation? First of all, it’s called Toronto hotels, and suites when in fact, it is not a hotel, but in fact, a condo from trying to retrieve your keys from the condo itself with no unattended parking space is available no concierge to help you even if you needed help. Running up to the 31st floor, grabbing the keys, running all the way back down to get my car an hour, trying to find parking space that I had paid for which when we arrived was already...

"Hotel was nice, and location was great. The only thing I'll say is before you book, be aware that there is a nightclub right across the street. We were on the second floor and could hear pretty much everything. Lots of kids running around drunk out of there minds. Hot tub was good, but there was a nicotine pouch floating around on there. Kinda gross. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was great."
