"The room was exceedingly clean, remarkably so. That was good. However there was such a strong air freshener / cleaning product smell that it was hard to breathe and I had to take allergy meds. This makes me not want to stay here again, despite the impressive cleanliness. The windows did open, but only one stayed open on its own. "Smelled like cigarette smoke. Sheets smelled like cigarettes & had burn holes. Shower curtain also had burn holes. It was fine for a few nights. "

"We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."
