"The walkway from the entrance of the hotel to the reception was appealing. The hotel property filled with Japanese theme was a good sight and experience. The hot spring makes the stay even more worth it. All the amenities was spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Stayed here for 2 days came in my hotel and the window screen was broke, the TV was broke, and the front door would not shut it stayed open all 2 nights. Staff was terrible they never helped out and they are very rude and disrespectful! I would not recommend this hotel to stay at."

"It was okey but i didnt like that in the app when i reserved it said free breakfast and when i got their they try to charged me for the breakfast when it said it was a free breakfast ???? Also the first lady when my husband arriving and trying to to check in cause i was arriving later she was very rude and not very polite made my two sons and my husband feel very uncomfortable..!! Something i did not like cause when i call i heard her how she was talking to my son and it was very unprofessional...

"Unfortunately the front desk person was at lunch when we arrived. The sign did not say when she left or what time she would return. Other people trying to check in waited 30 mins. Many of the guests we saw as we were waiting were a bit sketch and we didn't feel very safe. Many people were in and out and we heard fighting in the parking lot. We could not cancel at this point so we opted to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The room was fairly clean but the floor was a bit...

"Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc"

"I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else."
