"Ohh my gosh!! This was amazing. This is a small hotel. We had access to a pool the beach, the dining room is 6 tables. The drinks were amazing, especially the margaritas!! They were out of chocolate brownie so the next night our waiter asked the chef to make a Chocolate cake for me!! I really had no words for how private and taken care of we felt. I would 100% stay here again!!"

"The room was decent for a budget motel and the pool looked nice. The place was clean but it’s not clear when you are booking that there is only a convenience store nearby for something to eat. Additionally, morning breakfast was supposed to be ready at 0800 per the front office and wasn’t ready by 0930 when we had to take our shuttle to our retreat centre so we had to drive over 2 hours without having eaten anything :( "

"The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Looks like the owner has neglected the maintenance of the property, everything is falling apart. The furniture is cheap, odd and tacky. The lock of hour room was basically broken and unsafe. In general, the vibe is eery. Food was horrible and extremely expensive. We preferred to loose our money and don’t stay the second night. "Property is just as described, the hotel itself is beautiful, very small!!!! It’s relaxing but service was very poor. We constantly got ignored, we didn’t have the best vibes from the staff besides the host at ballena view restaurant and the chef at the Japanese restaurant. We tipped so well too which was even more sad because knowing so many people there do not tip at all, we felt like the workers just don’t want to be there. They rarely smile, they see you need something and go the other way....

"The hotel is how Cabo was a few years back. Laid back and informal. It’s a great place with excellent food. I would suggest: Food was very slow to table. To sign the restaurant tab to the hotel bill. Add an AC area where the surf boards are located enclose Wasted space. Definitely worth every dollar. Congrats. "

"O&O Palmilla is fantastic—amazing service from the staff, beautiful pool by the ocean. We read while waves crashed on the rocks. We loved walking through the magical property to dinner, to the gym and spa, to the beach. Lovely all around. Certainly a destination we would love to return to."
