"Oh dear. Having worked in hospitality and tourism for close to 30 years, I always try to find the positive when things go wrong but booking this apartment was a huge mistake. We arrived late on a Monday to find that it wasn’t the apartment that we’d actually booked on Expedia - it didn’t bear even a close resemblance - however we thought best make do and then speak to the agent the following day. "So, on pictures you’re getting a deluxe suite . We got a room with two beds and a bathroom.
The roo
Was beautiful. And super clean.
However, I had the hardest time sleeping. The door is a barn door that slides . I didn’t feel safe.
The windows are paper thin so you absolutely need ear plugs to sleep . You hear everything . Inside and outside.
Because of the barn doors you hear all the first in the other rooms. And all the noise outside.
One thing I did enjoy is the breakfast room. It’s...

"Large apartment in the centre of Genova with wooden flooring, two bathrooms (one en-suits) and a well equipped kitchen. Apartment was located on the second floor with lift (and few stairs in the corridor leading to it)
It had all the facilities required for a short or long stay (including dishwasher and washing machines).
Only downside for us was the check in process as we were told via automated we would get an access code via email but instead when we asked they said it was possible to leave...
