"Location is 10 minutes from Old San Juan. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower head was not functioning properly. Whenever I would leave the hotel to come back, you need to ring the door bell. One night they left me outside for 10 min. If having this kind of security is necessary they need to to provide guest w a pin to be able to walk in or out of the property without having to wait for someone to unlock the door id safety is a concern"

"I had two rooms one had termites and the hotel tried to say that they were AntsiWwl when an employee told me that they were termites. The linen had stains on them and the washcloths and towels had stains on themfor the price of this motel. It is not worth it. I think they pay TikTokers to advertise online these beautiful worlds, which is false advertisement."

"Beautiful spot to travel, but our first night we were put in the wrong room which was right next to the street and it was extremely loud. Due to booking through a third party they didnt see the exact room which is understandable. On our second night we got the room we ordered but the water wasn't working. After an hour and breakfast, we returned and they said the water was working. But it was not. Finally after another 30 min the shower was working"

"I like the wrist band we got at front desk that was able to use as a keycard to get in room. I don’t like all the extra charges. There was a charge for parking, hotel amenities charge per night and then security deposit in case damage to room. We do get security deposit back."

They host events for weddings and proms and as nice as that is it does cause more foot traffic especially from people who may run through knocking on doors and such. "Son had a continental breakfast at the Rumbao Market. He said it was good but wished that there were more ethnic food offerings & coffee as well. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. We were here for our son’s wedding. Staff was excellent and very attentive and accommodating. We would stay again!"
