"My boyfriend and I needed a room for a 1 night stay in old San Juan. Navona studios is in a super convenient location and a great price for a simple room. Check-in was easy even though there was no front desk. They sent over very detailed instructions so the process went smoothly. The room itself is small but clean and has all you need. "Me quedé en el cuarto #1 (cama queen) y #8 (bunk beds). Preferiría y pagaría de nuevo por estar en el #1. Es más limpio, no vimos insectos, y es cómodamente amplio para dos personas. Sin embargo, el #8 fue super inconveniente por el espacio limitado y the pests (una cucaracha, y unas 3 hormigas, y una mosca). Relacionado al espacio, no nos hubiera molestado tanto si no fuera que uno ni se puede sentar bien en la cama de abajo y esa persona tampoco puede ver el televisor. Lo que sí nos gustó del...

"Clean rooms!"

"Honest review. Me and my daughter had the bunk beds room for 4 nights in March. Upon opening the door we could not fit our carry ons without some struggle. The distance from the bed to the wall is barely 20inches, we are both under 120 pound, and short. For 4 days one of our cases was under the bed, the other one under the bathroom sink... No storage space. Every single piece of clothing was damp at the end of our trip, no moisture control. You can't see the tv from the lower bed, and the air...

"The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days."

"The description of the room they assigned me was misleading. It was an extremely small room to the point that the bathroom door was difficult to be closed after entering. A sink that is good for touch up room or toilet but not a bathroom. It also has been not communicated that the room is windowless. Cleanliness was borderline. The smell was stuffy. The only upbeat was the very friendly person at the reception. It was a one time not to be repeated experience. I do not recommend this place."

"I'm a local who stayed a few nights because I was attending a festival. The place is really nice and cozy. I swear they have the best AC on the planet. Everything was organized and tidy but not clean. The floor had been swept but not mopped for a while, we had to keep our shoes on because our feet were black from how dirty the floor was. "It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The restroom is extra small and the shower water sometimes runs out to the living room. There were no trash bags (but one) provided for the kitchen trash can so it was hard to gather all the trash in one bag when leaving. Bed wasn’t as comfortable but doable. "
