"Da das Hotel erst seit eine Woche geöffnet war, gab es einige Abzugpunkte. Das Personal war nett aber nicht besonders motiviert zu helfen bei Fragen. Auswahl zum Frühstück war gering, Brötchen gab es nur einer Sorte und kalt und hart. Kaffe wurde auch lauwarm serviert. Die Kellnerin beim Frühstück war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Erst beim Einreisen haben wir erfahren, dass Hot eigenen Restaurant noch geschlossen war und geplante Eröffnung war erst nach Ostern. Also es gab keine Möglichkeit für...

"Charming and memorable stay with Dr Daniele and Casa Nini. Dr Daniele was utterly charming and helpful, from directing us into the car park to making dinner reservations (trust him! The food and views at Sottovento are amazing!). The morning of our departure he served a hearty continental breakfast and directed us to a local hike. He was a large part of our remarkable experience and I plan to return!"

"Loved watching the sunrise over the mountains from the lakeside room. Terrace area is lovely and staff were helpful and friendly. Location slightly off the beaten path was perfect for us. Great stay! "

"Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk."

"We stayed at this lovely hotel boutique, my daughter and I , we loved it!! We reserved a room with beautiful views of the lake, everyday we had breakfast on the balcony it was breathtaking... the bed is very confortable, the staff is incredibly nice and welcomming. We took 15 minute walks almost to everything, nightime walks are wonderful, so many stars so so beautiful!! I will be back ❤️"

"Great hotel with fantastic balcony views of Lake Como. Very spacious and well kept grounds around the hotel with ample parking. Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como."

"Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."

"Der Wellnessbereich insbesondere der Bereich der Sauna ist für ein Wellnesshotel etwas klein, dafür ist das Indoorschwimmbecken recht groß - wer das mag. Auch der Ruhebereich vor den Sauna (nur 4 Plätze) ist recht klein und keinesfalls zur Entspannung geeignet. Schade! Der Frühstücksbereich hingegen ist großzügig und mit vielen Plätzen mit Blick auf den See. Das Angebot ist reichlich und das freundliche Personal füllt dieses stetig nach.
