"Th location of the hotel/apartment a was excellent and within walkable distance of most of the main sights. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was in the building next door and was good, maybe more variety of cheeses and fruits would be good. The premium room we booked was standard size with a lovely private patio with table and 2 chairs, plus 2 extra chairs and 2 plants. There was a sea view, however with the caveat that it also overlooked a derelict large building and a car park below. This did not really impact our enjoyment of using the patio though. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend staying at Plaza de la Luz when in Cadiz !"

"They went the extra mile to make us welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Water and coffee available at all times. We had to leave before breakfast, so they provided a small sack lunch for us to take with us. If you want great service, we strongly recommend them. We'll definitely be going back!!!"

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Alicia was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. Excellent location, only a 3-minute walk to the beach. No parking onsite which is typical in Spain, but there is a public lot which was about a 20-minute walk and €14 per day. Several nearby dining options and a few small stores to buy snacks. It was about a 30-minute walk to the cathedral but lots to see along the way. Solo traveler and would highly recommend. "

"The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Town and close to the beach. The hotel has some parking directly opposite costing 18 euros a day. Getting to the hotel is difficult with the narrow streets but once you are there and parked up in their car park(which we managed with our SUV) you can relax and walk everywhere. Staff are absolutely delightful and hotel is very dog friendly. We didn’t have breakfast because there are so many options in the town. Highly recommended"
