"Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. The only reason it’s a 4 star rating is because the water didn’t drain out of the shower and the breakfast ended 10 minutes early. Otherwise, everything was great. "

"The staff was super helpful and the reason I would be back possibly if traveling back through the area. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the room as in need of paint as it looked like the walls had been patched and never repainted. Even with this being a downfall that staff made up for these small things."

"My dissatisfaction with the accommodations were not expressed to management until I was checking out on the final day. That is because I did not have time to deal with the issues while I was there.......VACATION. Here is a short list of the problems that I encountered during my stay: cockroaches in the bathroom and bathtub; in-room phone didn't work so I could call the front desk; missing electrical faceplate in bathroom; the three lamp shades in the room were broken and dangling; refrigerator was making noise waking me up at night so I turned it off and then it leaked water over the floor; the TV was not compatible/unable to connect my Amazon Fire Stick; the complimentary breakfast was terrible (molded bread, cold food that should have been hot). This was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered and am expecting some kind of refund from the property."
