"The B&B was fine, good location, clean beds, etc. The host was responsive. The only thing I did not appreciate is the cleaning people arriving 2 hours before checkout. They started with very loudly cleaning the common areas which was disturbing, as we were hoping to sleep in. But the worst part was when they attempted to open the bedroom door without knocking. "The hotel looks pretty run down, staff was very helpful and friendly but the room had a weird sewage smell, very outdated and the bathroom had a lot of signs of wear, tiles stained, mildew lines in grout, the room overall was fine for one night, bed was comfy and clean, nice ocean view! "

"The staff was amazing. They got us into the room early. We were able to walk to the train to go to Rome and Florence. The mattress on the bed is very thin and hard.if you have back issuses, not a place for you. This place served the purpose for us. We just needed a place to stay before our cruise. "

"Small one floor boutique hotel. If the hours of front desk works for you this is a great location. 10 minute walk to train station and 13 minute walk to cruise shuttle terminal location. Everything else in town is between those two. Small but excellent quality breakfast. Room clean and large,high ceiling. Helpful staff, very nice."
