"This was a room in a many- storied building, just outside the historic City Center. It was a little hard to figure out how to get in since there were so many codes... the key that was in the room didn't seem very useful. There was a very old elevator that you could take up to the room, which was a suite of about four different rentals... however you had to follow the directions precisely, and it seemed a little rickety. The neighborhood didn't seem particularly safe, but the room was very clean...

"Being older navigating the outside and the rooms there was difficult. Did not like that my daughter was put in the dungeon room. It felt unsafe due only one way out. No parking."

"Cet établissement s’appelle Hôtel mais n’est pas un hôtel. Ce sont des chambres d’hôtes. Il faut réserver un créneau horaire pour récupérer la chambre. Et par téléphone seulement. Très pratique quand on ne parle pas italien. Aucun arrangement possible, contrairement à d’autres établissements de ce type (clavier à code par exemple). Réservation perdue car le super hôte n’a pas voulu déroger de 15mn l’heure d’arrivée maximale (21h)."
