"Personnel très sympathique. Bonne localisation près du parc et des centres d'intérêts donc le night life est présent. Malheureusement, le drain de notre douche était disfonctionnel et l'eau débordait dans la salle de bain à chaque douche. Installation et propreté correcte/neutre."

"The room was very nice! I stayed in the room that had two bedrooms. One had a queen bed and the other hat three twin beds. First, we were greeted by the loveliest receptionist, and she offered us a complementary glass of wine. That really said the tone! After that, she walked us outside and around the corner to where our room was. It was up three flights of stairs so that I would say is the only drawback. "We only stay one night, the staff was very helpful and recommended us the best places of Florence, it was close to everything, a little noise at night and morning because is in a very centric or tourist area but we love it."

"Very nice room with perfect temperature with the AC. Close to most of the excursions pickups and napoli central. Host was very easy to reach to. The bed was a bit hard for my liking and you could hear the outside noises, but a least at night it was mostly quiet. Breakfast from the bar down the hotel was included. The ad on expedia said there would be a landry room, but it’s down the street and it is not included. The only down point would be the neighborhood. Felt a bit sketchy if you went in...

"Really good location. Clean and air conditioning worked well. Property is still being renovated so there is evidence of that around but not really a problem. Federica was very helpful though as noted in the information only limited time at the property."
