"The communication prior to arriving was excellent and the self check-in process very easy and helpful due to our 10pm arrival. The room itself was extremely tired and very basic. The bed was hard which I found particularly uncomfortable for our 5 night stay. The room was advertised as being sound proofed, which was one of the deciding factors when choosing this hotel, due to travelling with a child and knowing how noisy it can be in central Rome. It definitely was not sound proofed..probably...

"The property is okay but could use some updates, especially in the common areas. The hallways are very tight, and you can hear everything happening outside the room. The staff is nice, and the breakfast was okay. Location is good, you can walk easily to restaurants "

"The room and service were as expected. The American style sushi and poke cafe directly adjacent was convenient. Private taxi is $35 to the airport and the shuttle offered is same but an upgrade in quality I would say. The hotel is NOT near the airport and you will need shuttle or taxi. The bus is a somewhat complex route. In retrospect, I would have just stayed in Rome and taken the Leonardo express in the morning as it drops you right off at the airport but that is not a negative...

"Mi estancia en este alojamiento fue aceptable, aunque considero que hay varios aspectos que podrían mejorarse. El espacio es bastante pequeño, lo cual hace que la estancia resulte incómoda, especialmente si viajas con equipaje. Además, las literas no cuentan con escaleras adecuadas para subir a la cama superior; en su lugar, proporcionan una silla, lo cual no solo es poco práctico sino también inseguro. El estado general del alojamiento es deficiente, ya que se encuentra en muy malas condiciones...

"We had heavy bags and had a room on the top floor about 7 flights of narrow stairs. Reception is on the third or 4th floor. The man at reception was very kind though and took one bag up from reception to our room. Our toilet was outside the room (that's unfortunately something i didn't read prior), but it had absolutely no room to even dress in there. It was too tiny. And coming out with towl in the hall is not good. I think the amount of stairs needs to be on the hotel description in bold to...
