"Rooms are clean, wide variety of breakfast items including cappuccinos, scrambled eggs, pastries, and much more. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were there for 5 days and would stay there again. One thing they could be better is to inform the customers ahead of time to use the intercom to contact the staff when they arrive. The gates were locked when we arrived even though it was still early afternoon and we didn’t see the small sign by the intercom."

"Great hotel, friendly staff and a well equipped breakfast. Being in the centre of Venice, near the Rialto bridge, makes it a great location to access any part of Venice easily. The only knock against the location is that it’s located right above a square that allows bars to be open as late as 3 am. so if you’re looking for a quiet sleep, bring ear plugs. Otherwise, a great spot."

El espacio es bastante pequeño, lo cual hace que la estancia resulte incómoda, especialmente si viajas con equipaje. Además, las literas no cuentan con escaleras adecuadas para subir a la cama superior; en su lugar, proporcionan una silla, lo cual no solo es poco práctico sino también inseguro. El estado general del alojamiento es deficiente, ya que se encuentra en muy malas condiciones...
