"Es una ESTAFA, ¡NO lo RECOMIENDO! Cuando llegamos la primera noche no había nadie en recepción, no nos atendieron y tuvimos que pagarnos otro hotel. Cuando hicimos el check-in, nos cobraron varias tasas sin justificación y solo se podía pagar con dinero en efectivo. El personal fue muy desagradable. Y tanto la ducha, como la habitación estaban muy sucias. Tuvimos muy MALA experiencia."

"the a/c in the room did not work correctly and after many attempts to get someone to fix it we were finally able to switch rooms. The back and forth trying to get this accomplished was not necessary and the staff should have confirmed the rooms were ready for us prior to arrival. This was not a cheap hotel and the service did not reflect the price we paid."

"The location of the Guest house was fantastic. Access is through wooden doors right on the street and it makes you feel like you live in the neighborhood. Amenities are everything you need. We had the basic room with no windows but a nice skylight and powerful AC. Your bathroom is separate but is your own. The hosts were nice and available during the day. We never needed to contact them outside those hours but they seemed very accessible. The bells from the Cathedral in the morning will get...

"The web site is very misleading for this property. There is no terrace, or dinning, this was listed as a luxury suite room that was far from it. All of the pictures on the web site are referring to an apartment on the top floor we were told by the staff. The room was dusty on the shelves and not very clean, the mattress was hard as a rock, and there is no staff onsite after 8pm. This is entirely overpriced with no luxury experience, we cannot recommend this location."
