Scomodissimo e fuori da ogni minima aspettativa. Non abbiamo nemmeno poggiato le valigie, siamo scappati volando. Già dall'ingresso una sensazione di malessere....abbiamo alloggiato in un altro posto molto molto accogliente.

The Good 50/50

Amazing place to stay. Every review was 50/50, either really good or really bad, never inbetween. After staying here it is indeed amazing. The location and staff are the best I have encountered. The building is located in the historic Castello district and the building is very old, yet the condition is impeccable. Pros; Personal bathroom, shower, bidet, big bed, AC, Location, Atmosphere, Staff, wifi, No/little English, LOTS of stairs and climbing. cons; No/little English, LOTS of stairs and climbing I should note the little and no English is more a personal preference. I love the idea of learning and practicing languages on the fly even with very little knowledge. For non native english speakers this might be a bit of an issue, but its all personal preference. Lots of stairs and climbing also is more a preference. For those not in shape, walking up and down everyday to get from point A to B will kick you into shape. I loved it!

Affittacamere in linea con il prezzo e posizione centrale, ma la cosa deludentissima è stata scarsa cortesia del proprietario (non della receptionist, che invece è stata molto disponibile) dopo che ho rinunciato al suo servizio di transfert dall'aeroporto. inizialmennte mi avrebbe accompagnato al bb anche dopo mezzanotte, invece quando ho detto che per esigenze, avrei noleggiato un'auto, mi ha mandato un messaggio dicendo che per il check in dalle 23 alle 23,30 il costo aggiuntivo era di 15 euro, dalle 23.30 alle 24 di 20€, ma la sorpresa è stata che dopo le 24 non mi avrebbe più ricevuto, mentre sul sito c'è scritto che la camera era garantita anche in caso di ritardo e dopo che mi aveva detto che, nel caso del transfert da lui organizzato, mi avrebbe accompagnato anche dopo mezzanotte...il mio problema non era la cifra, ma il fatto che arrivando dopo le 24 avrei dovuto trovarmi un'altro alloggio. In fondo arrivavamo in aereo alle 22 e se avesse questo avuto ritardo (che a volte succede) non sarebbe dipeso dalle nostre volontà!...Alla faccia della famosa (e reale) ospitalità sarda.. Inoltre ho avuto la sensazione che il costo aggiuntivo sui ritardi del check in, fossero confezionati su misura in seguito alla rinuncia del transfert, infatti nel sito non si trovano da nessuna parte come tariffe aggiuntive. Alla faccia della chiarezza!!

Vi fick vänta utanför dörren ca 40 min innan någon kunde komma och ta emot oss. Vi fick betala extra för wifi fast att det stod att det ingick. Enligt annonsen kunde man köpa till frukost på plats för 5 euro, men där fanns aldrig någon att prata med. Vi såg aldrig till ägaren över huvud taget och det var stopp i handfatet och rann dåligt även i avloppet o duschen. I övrigt ett helt ok boende, fräscht, bra läge i en cool stad och tyst och skönt på nätterna.

De lo peor que puedes encontrar en Cagliari!!

Mal, muy mal todo. Desde la atención hasta el estado de la habitación y pasando por la localización, que aunque está en el casco histórico es muy complicado de llegar con las maletas, amén de los 3 pisos de estrechas escaleras que tienes que subir... Definitivamente no recomendable para nada ni para nadie.... sea cual sea tu tipo de viaje a Cagliari

A pesar de que consulté por lo menos 2 veces por mail, no me informaron que no se podía dejar el auto en las inmediaciones. Tampoco me advirtieron que es recomendable ni siquiera ir en auto al edificio. No me informaron que era tercer piso por escalera. a pesar de llamarse Affitacammere Bed & BREAKFAST, NO TENÍA INCLUIDO EL DESAYUNO!!!

No a good experience!

This is not really a hotel, it's just an apartment in a apartment-building that this guy has converted in to a kind of "motel". There is no one working there. You have to arrange a time to be there, so someone can meet you. We told we would arrive by plane at nine p.m., and be there around ten-eleven p.m. This was OK. After eleven, you have to pay more, as there is no one in the reception. Not true! There's never anyone there! We arrived at ten, and no one answered the door bell. We tried two phone numbers, no answer! We waited almost one hour in the street, then another couple staying there came by, and let us in. Then we called for probably the tenth time, and finally he answered. He then sent a woman working for him to give us the key to the room. She brought her husband and kid along, and almost didn't speak English. I tried to complain, but of course it was not her fault, and she didn't speak English to well. She was also a bit upset about her boss, Diego, as this was not the first time. I got her to call him, and she put him on speaker phone. He didn't know, so he yelled at her, calling her things on the phone. He was screaming a lot, in front of us and the woman's young daughter. I tried to talk to him also, but he was not letting me explain, and telling me he had tried to call me several times, witch is a lie. The other guests told us something similar happened to them as well. I will not recommend anyone to stay at this place!

Helt ok hotell for en billig penge. Dårlig luft og ingen luftemulighet på rommet vi hadde, det samme gjaldt badet. Men fin beliggenhet i rolig område og med korte avstander til sentrumskjernen, samt tog/buss-stasjon. Vil anbefale å ta taxi opp hvis man har litt å bære på og heller gå ned når man skal reise igjen. Ellers var rommet lite, men fungerte fint for 2 netter. Tilgang til både vifte og AC.

Séjour de 2 nuits mi-juin Accueil étrange (le propriétaire pourtant présent passe par une personne intermédiaire pour nous accueillir, et après quelques formalités et la prise de la chambre, parle très bruyamment avec elle) Chambre très correcte pour un immeuble situé dans les hauteurs de la vieille ville (la montée pour y accéder est sportive et/mais charmante). Quelques odeurs d'humidité renfermée dans la salle de bain (le soleil ne parvient pas dans ces ruelles). Décoration passée (c'est une affaire de goût).

La première nuit a deux heures du matin le responsable réponds au téléphone, parle très fort dans le hall , me réveille , insonorisation nulle, va et viens incessant des autres locataires bruits de clefs pendant 5 jours. Un aquarium sale trône dans la pièce commune. Aucune touche d'elegance des lits pliants sont présents dans la salle commune. Dans la chambre fleurs en plastiques sales, deux fenêtres avec vue sur mur. Serviettes de bains malodorantes et laides.

Keine Antwort auf zwei vorab geschriebene Emails; dann kurzfristig für die erste Nacht umgebucht worden, da Hostel überbucht war; ein junger Mann brachte und am zweiten Morgen von der alternativen zur ursprünglichen Unterkunft, wollte dafür Trinkgeld (wir hätten eher mit einem Discount gerechnet, da wir ja umgebucht worden waren und den Umzugs-Aufwand hatten); später haben wir nie wieder Personal gesehen... interessant: Ein B&B bietet kein Breakfast...

trovandosi a castello c'è un bel po' da camminare prima di arrivare al b&b, tante ma tante scale e una pulizia e una manutenzione del condominio non proprio delle migliori. Il bagno aveva un odore strano, cosi' come gli asciugamani anche se sembravano puliti, La camera, piccola, con una finestra che si affaccia su un cortiletto interno, dotato però di condizionatore e tv satellitare anche questa non troppo pulita. Il personale gentile ma nella norma. Ottima posizione però

You get what you pay for

Great location, the price is very reasonable for what you are getting. Cleanliness could be improved upon as we had to ask for clean towels ourselves, the room was not cleaned daily or sheets changed. It would be better if the suite had an iron and an ironing board, cutlery, kettle, a better fridge as what we had was just a cooler of some sort. All in all great place for students or someone who wants to have a place to sleep for the night without all the fanciness.

Un hotel bastante bueno en relación calidad/precio. Pequeño, pero suficiente. Si te cuesta subir escaleras, no lo recomiendo porque no tiene ascensor, pero la verdad que está más que bien para gente joven que quiere estar cerca del centro
