"I had a one night stop over in Cairo, and this hotel was a lovely place to stay. The breakfast and lunch buffets were wonderful, served at a pool-side cafe. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. If you book and day tours of the pyramids, I would recommend going through Viator and not using the tour company situated in the hotel. "

Quelques points d’amélioration au niveau du house keeping : nous avons dû les appeler chaque jour car il manquait des choses dans la chambre (serviettes, papier toilette,…). "Der var en riktigt fin upplevelse med trevlig och tillmötesgående personal som är serviceinriktad. Rent och fint hotell, bra med städning. Mitt flyg landade tidigt i Kairo på natten kl 02 och jag skulle egentligen få inträde till hotellrummet kl 12 men personalen var hjälpsamma och ordnade med ett rum när jag kom fram kl 04 till hotellet så jag kunde vila och sova efter den långa resan. Rekommenderas varmt!"

"Great room with outstanding service during my entire stay. I loved the roof top pool and with a bar and ability to order food. The gym was one of the best hotel guns ever seen and I greatly enjoyed the saunas. Also, great and convenient location in the Garden District and great views of the Nile."

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."

"It's great and the restaurant is better than the Pyramids as you can sit there all day and their there in front of you. You don't need to move just look. It's great foods good service is good and it's clean. PS you can book all the camel car and tour stuff there too . No crap good value. If your not into getting cooked it's all there in front of you at your pace. G"
