Khách sạn Cala en Blanes , Ciutadella de Menorca

"The Hotel has a good location, the staff is very friendly and attentive, but it is not a hotel worth the price you pay. We had a TERRIBLE experience with the air conditioning at night. The Staff did their best to resolve the situation but could not do it. They suggested a portable fan. Or (the last night) a portable air conditioning which required an open window for the exhaust air to go out. We were part of a group of friends who had no problems with their rooms We were the only ones. There...

"A beautiful boutique hotel approx a 10 minute walk from Ciutadella. The staff were also super friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. The small pool and outdoor space were great to relax. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The shower was hot and with great pressure. Breakfast was lovely where you can order an a la carte dish as well as helping yourself to a small buffet section. Lots of choices of coffee, tea, juices etc. We had a lovely stay and would definitely...

"Great location"

"We had an amazing stay on this amazing island from the beginning to the end. The room was immaculate, super clean and well maintained with airconditioning, comfortable bed and good storage for luggage. Plenty of amenities in bathroom, a big shower head and a small one to hold, room cleaning/ bed sheets and change of towels, on demand. Nuria, our host, did a fabulous job and made our stay extra special. Would we come again? Absolutely!"

"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, especially considering the price. I paid approximately $316 per night for three nights (about $1,000 in total), so I expected a much higher level of service. From the moment I arrived, I encountered several disappointing issues. There was no toilet paper in the room when we checked in, and we urgently needed to use the restroom. I actually had to take a shower first just to deal with the situation until we could get more. The room itself was...

"Colazione personale"

"A beautiful boutique hotel ... centrally located .... the staff was outstanding and courteous."

"El personal muy amable y profesional Las habitación perfecta"

"Séjour et accueil agréables. Conseils avisés avant notre arrivée pour se stationner à proximité . Emplacement central et au top! Seuls bémols seraient la propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée (poubelle non vidée, état vétusté de la poubelle de la salle de bain) et petit déjeuner non varié... une cafetière dans la chambre serait sympa .... "

"Super vicino al centro, molto bello il giardino pulito e riservato"

"Sejour parfait! Je recommande fortement !"
