"Excellent service friendly and professional from Enza & Claudio , breakfast was so good and prepared freshly by Amazing team !!
The rooms are just ok , average for the high price , noisy as they are at street level , not sound proof , air conditioning not performing well , rooms are very clean , no closets ,
Breakfast room accommodate only 3 couples otherwise you have breakfast in your room
Overall nice experience, very well located
Thank you for all the staff for their hospitality and help...
"Perfect location, walkable to all, hotel staff was so helpful, kind, and friendly. Close to parking, the natural cliffs and beaches, restaurants, city center. Rooms were clean and well- equipped. Highly-recommended with kids!!"
"This apartment is a great base to explore polignano a mare. It is clean and well located. However, the staff do not speak any English and there is much to be desired in terms of organisation. We had to wait 2 hours to have access to our room from check in time. We had to adjust our plans to facilitate this and had to wait nearby with all of our luggage. We also had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and unlock the parking lot where we paid 20€ through the b&b to park our car the morning...
"The hotel is an 18 century well-maintained mansion with a beautiful garden. It’s more for ceremonies than receptions than accommodation. However the rooms are clean and it was a nice experience to us to see an Italian style wedding ceremony. It’s 10-15 minutes drive to Polignano a mare. "
