"It’s an old building and needs some updating but our apartment was very clean and reasonably priced. I was disappointed that I couldn’t extend our stay at the front desk but had to go through a website. We eventually just left because the procedure to extend our stay was too tedious."

"I stayed in room 227 it was beachside King room and there was no obstruction to my view it stayed perfect temperature no matter where I put it on the thermostat it was right there and it had everything we needed for our stay including dishes which we loaded in the dishwasher before we left the staff was amazing the room was spotless I was definitely impressed."

"Our visit was nice. I love the beautiful grounds and beach access. The resort rooms are big and comfortable. The balcony was so lovely because you could sit&relax and look at the beach all day. "

"This is my favorite hotel!! Rooms are always super clean! The staff is always friendly and helpful! This is truly a 5 star resort! Room service is superb! The indoor pool is open 24 hours and is really heated! The grounds are always clean and well maintained! Luxury at its finest!"

"We felt extremely deceived by the room pictures posted online and felt they were NOT an accurate reflection of the room we stayed in. It was dated, dirty, worn, and extremely disappointing. We tried to switch rooms but there was no availability."
