I stayed in one of the premiere rooms with access to the private lounge on the top floor. The treatment by the lounge staff was deserving of the status of a 5 star hotel as it allowed all of our needs to be handled by the separate concierge staff in the lounge instead of the front desk downstairs. The breakfast inside...

The hotel is in a great location, central to a lot of things as far as malls and markets go. And the surrounding area is well maintained and clean. The staff are nice and friendly"

"This hotel needs upgrade. I’ve stayed this hotel early1980’s and it’s still the same. Nothing has changed. Bed is too small and hard ( size good for kids only). Towels are old and rough. Room is dark and bathroom faucet needs change. Room and bathroom is dark need to change lighting. No vanity mirror in the bathroom. Bathtub should be changed to walk-in shower. No bidet in the toilet.
This hotel should rate 2 stars not 4 stars.
Breakfast not good."
