"The Casino was lively, well run, lots of new updated machines. The only thing was at the weekend min bets were raised higher so you bet more. We walked away. The food in the venues is average but very over priced. Good service was had by the restaurant staff.
The pool management was execptionally poor, the rules kept changing on us day by day but for locals it was ok. They were allowed to take in backpacks then we were not. The kids were allowed to run a muck, jumping off the high rocks onto my daughter, swearing, spitting, basically doing what they want while the parents were gambling. No control. The pool areas were full of bird poo, I asked for wipes to clean down the deck chairs and the attendant gave me a pack of wipes and made me clean the chairs myself. Shocking!!
The beds in the rooms have no springs, they are soft and dont support of your body during the night. Im only 10.5 stone so not sure why the beds are so hollow. No replenishing of towels, coffee or beds made during a 4 day stay, not sure if thats the normal for this hotel. Its expensive for what it is. British people did not appear to ve welcomed. We wont be back! "
