"We were in town for a wedding and spent one night at the Hamilton house inn. Our room was, clean, comfortable and extremely quiet. Shawn cooked us French toast, sausage, and grits for breakfast. It was delicious. If we ever return to Monroe, we will stay again. 5 stars!"

"Very charming house! The room was very clean & had everything we needed. The bed was a little firm, which wasn’t awful for us but if you’re really particular about having a soft fluffy mattress you might be uncomfortable. The only concerning thing was that as we were packing to leave, who I’m assuming to be the owner knocked on our door & we told her we were still there & would be another minute. That was maybe 10 minutes before our check out time at 11:00. Then right as our time to check out...

"It is right in a perfect place for the cultural food and traditional houses. The LaLou across the street has amazing breakfasts. Our place is was so clean and cozy. We hope to stay there again soon."
